Maamba Energy Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise electrical maintenance and ensure efficient plant operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise electrical maintenance and technical teams
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems and equipment
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Maintain records and manage spare parts
🔹 Requirements
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Craft Certificate in Power Electrical
• Member of Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ)
• Registered with Engineering Regulation Board (ERB)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum 8 years’ experience (3 years supervisory)
🔹 Skills
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HV, MV, and LV systems
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Good communication and teamwork
