BIA Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to oversee operations in a large-scale open-pit mining environment.

This is a senior-level opportunity for professionals with strong experience in fleet management, maintenance operations, and site leadership.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full site operations including service contracts and customer support

• Manage maintenance planning, fleet performance, and equipment availability

• Lead failure analysis (MTBF, reliability improvements) and performance optimization

• Supervise teams, HR coordination, and workforce planning

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industrial relations

• Manage warranty processes, OEM communications, and technical reporting

• Drive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance and improvements

• Conduct inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Requirements

• Higher technical diploma (Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related)

• Minimum 5–10 years experience in a similar role

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in mining/heavy industry

• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and fleet management

• Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems an advantage)

• Fluent in English
