What you’ll do:
✔ Handle customer queries across calls, chat & social media
✔ Provide fast, accurate, and friendly support
✔ Promote digital platforms (app, web, USSD)
✔ Create memorable customer experiences
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Customer-first mindset
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Call centre/customer care experience is an added advantage
