🔹 Available Positions

• Excavator Operator (2)

• Tipper Truck Driver (5)

• Dump Spotter (2)

🔹 1. Excavator Operator

Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct loading of trucks (no over/under loading)

• Maintain safe and clean loading areas

• Conduct pre-start checks and follow operating procedures

• Work safely on excavation sites

• Follow safety standards and PPE requirements

• Report faults and follow instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

• Competence certificate in excavator operations

• Minimum 1 year experience in surface mining

• Grade 12 Certificate

• No criminal record

• Good organizational skills

• Valid silicosis certificate

🔹 2. Tipper Truck Driver

Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks safely and avoid spillage

• Maintain tyres and ensure proper vehicle handling

• Conduct inspections and follow safety procedures

• Maintain housekeeping and report faults

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (Class C or CE)

• Minimum 2 years driving experience

• Grade 12 Certificate

• No criminal record

• Good organizational skills

• Valid silicosis certificate

🔹 3. Dump Spotter

Responsibilities:

• Guide truck drivers during dumping operations

• Ensure proper alignment and safe dumping procedures

• Monitor site conditions and report hazards

• Maintain safety distances and enforce traffic rules

• Support housekeeping and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience

• Experience in mining or heavy industry

• Physically fit and able to work in harsh conditions

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Grade 12 Certificate

• No criminal record

• Valid silicosis certificate
