Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations covering field activities, production, packaging, warehousing, and logistics.
• Manage scheduling and effective delegation of tasks to operational teams.
• Maintain comprehensive records and generate operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or field operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
