Job Overview

Mancala Mining Services Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Mine Captain at its operations in Chililabombwe, Copperbelt Province.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote visible safety leadership at all times.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory mining legislation and company standards.
• Conduct routine underground inspections and verify workplace examinations.
• Implement approved weekly and daily mining plans effectively.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate required.
• Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Eligibility for appointment as a 204 Statutory Underground Manager.
• Previous sinking experience is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in underground mining.
