Fleet Operations Supervisor

Job Overview

HUACHEN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN LIMITED is currently seeking qualified candidates for two full-time positions of Fleet Operations Supervisor in Ndola. This role involves managing cross-border transport logistics within the Copperbelt region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transport and fleet activities.
• Monitor truck movements transporting dry cargo to and from DRC and Tanzania.
• Manage drivers, driver assistants, and operational personnel.
• Verify valid documentation prior to dispatch.
• Collaborate with Fleet Managers on vehicle availability, maintenance, and breakdowns.
• Track fuel consumption, trip expenses, and driver funds.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as a fleet officer, supervisor, or manager.
• Proven experience with cross-border routes involving DRC, Zambia, and Tanzania.
