Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ISUZU vehicles to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and networking strategies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and timely follow-up communications.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ISUZU products to address customer needs professionally.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience within the Zambian automotive sales industry.
• Minimum O-Level qualification complemented by a certificate, diploma, or degree in sales, marketing, or business-related fields.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and follow-up.
• Strong sales acumen with proven negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF management tools.
