Falane Solutions Limited is actively recruiting for general worker jobs in Lusaka, seeking 100 physically fit, hardworking, and dependable individuals to join our team. These full-time positions will support daily operations through various manual tasks essential to maintaining efficiency and safety at our M Phase location in Lusaka, New Kasama/Chifwema Road.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general manual and physical tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and organizing materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the designated work areas.
• Support skilled workers and team members with daily operational activities.
• Handle materials safely and adhere to workplace health and safety protocols.
• Report any damaged equipment or unsafe conditions promptly to supervisors.
• Complete assigned duties efficiently within the stipulated timeframes.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Possession of a Grade 12 Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labor.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Exhibit good discipline and a positive attitude towards work responsibilities.
• Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or warehousing is advantageous but not mandatory.
