Job Description
Job Purpose
Lead the implementation of MFA Finland funded CSSP and CP projects and ensure timely delivery against work plans, budget expenditure plans, procurement plans, and HR planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of MFA Finland funded CSSP and CP projects.
- Act as overall budget holder for the MFA Finland funded projects, ensuring effective financial oversight.
- Work with partnership, awards & finance teams to identify appropriate partners for implementation.
- Ensure appropriate staffing within the teams and perform staff management.
- Ensure timely and quality projects design and study processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with international NGOs.
- Strong background in child protection or social protection programs.
- Demonstrated financial management and donor compliance experience.
