Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia (CCBZ) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional for the role of Area Sales Manager: Wholesale based in Lusaka, Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth in partnership with wholesale customers.
• Ensure strict adherence to trading terms, agreements, and the Look of Success (LOS) execution guidelines.
• Manage operational efficiency by optimizing distribution processes, including truck Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and product flow.
• Maintain product quality by overseeing stock management practices and ensuring compliance with trading standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of management experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
• In-depth knowledge of sales trends, customer needs, and market dynamics, particularly in the wholesale channel.
