First Capital Bank is seeking three motivated and skilled Relationship Managers to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with essential information and advice to help them achieve their objectives.
• Manage and resolve all non-routine queries and complaints effectively.
• Coordinate with the Credit department on lending applications and account monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or related fields.
• Full Grade 12 certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
