Ore Control Geologist

Job Overview

Barrick Lumwana Mining is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Ore Control Geologist to join its Mineral Resource Management Team in Kalumbila, North West Province, Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise ROM pad activities and manage compliance with ore feed plans across multiple timeframes.
• Ensure crusher throughput targets are consistently met.
• Monitor stockpile balances, ore types, blending strategies, and material quality.

Requirements

• Completed Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate.
• B.Sc. degree in Geology, Mining Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mining geology, including at least 2 years in ore or grade control roles.
