Packaging Manager

Job Overview

The Key Purpose of this position is to lead and manage the Packaging Department (People, Plant, Process and Systems) in order to achieve the required standard of product quality and output in the most efficient and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain safe healthy and risk-free working environment.
• Manage Human Resources, develop employees, and manage talent and pipeline.
• Optimise Team Performance and implement performance management.
• Manage plant, process and systems in accordance with VPO tools and principles.
• Translate and implement packaging, manufacturing and business strategies.

Requirements

• Education: BSc or Engineer degree.
• 2-3 years as Unit Manager or Packaging Engineer.
