Job Overview

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for a Project Director position based in Lusaka, Zambia, to lead the Mayi na Mwana project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, technical oversight, and management support for maternal and newborn health interventions.
• Conduct field visits to provide on-the-job training and ensure program quality.
• Collaborate with provincial and district Ministry of Health teams.
• Oversee program implementation, budget management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor or advanced degree in public health or related medical field with strong MNCH expertise.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in health systems strengthening and program management.
• Familiarity with international donor procedures.
