Job Overview

To safely and efficiently transport company goods (hardware products, tools, building materials) to customers, warehouses and project sites, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation and proper vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers, hardware stores, construction sites and warehouses in Lusaka and upcountry as assigned.
• Load and offload cargo, ensuring goods are properly secured, counted and signed for upon delivery.
• Verify delivery notes, invoices and waybills against goods before departure.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects immediately.
• Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled and roadworthy.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate (Diploma/Certificate in Transport & Logistics is an added advantage).
• Valid Zambian driving licence with classes C, CE.
• Minimum 3 years proven professional driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
