Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell company products and services effectively.
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Maintain detailed customer records and actively follow up on sales leads.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales or reception roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
