Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead high-performing academic and administrative teams.
• Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of academic programmes across Grades 1–6 and Forms 1–5.
• Establish practical, efficient academic and operational systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification and valid registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia.
• Demonstrated success in school leadership and team development.
