Key Responsibilities

• Engage in structured training programmes across various departments to develop practical skills.
• Support daily operations and contribute to departmental projects.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Work collaboratively with senior staff and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and company policies.

Requirements

• A degree in Mining Engineering, Mining Geology, Geoscience, Geometallurgy, Data Science, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Forestry, Natural Resources Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• No prior work experience is required; internships or practical experience in mining operations are advantageous.
• Willingness to be based on-site at FQM Trident Limited in Kalumbila.
