Entrepreneurs Financial Centre (EFC) invites qualified professionals to apply for the position of Cybersecurity Analyst based in Lusaka, Zambia. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the protection and resilience of EFC's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously research and evaluate emerging cybersecurity threats and devise effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor networks for unauthorized or suspicious activities, including phishing, malware, ransomware, and other cyber threats.
• Investigate security alerts and lead incident response efforts following best practices.
• Support internal and external information security audits and maintain an information security risk register.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity within a fast-paced organizational setting.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and Linux environments.
