Job Overview

HUACHEN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN LIMITED is seeking two Fleet Operations Supervisors in Ndola to oversee and coordinate daily fleet movements across Zambia, DRC, and Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transport and fleet activities.
• Monitor truck movements transporting dry cargo to and from DRC and Tanzania.
• Manage drivers, driver assistants, and operational personnel.
• Verify valid truck documentation prior to dispatch.
• Track fuel consumption, trip expenses, and driver funds.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as a fleet officer, supervisor, or manager.
• Proven experience with cross-border routes involving DRC, Zambia, and Tanzania.
