• Collaborate closely with the Director of Football to balance academic and sporting commitments effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning through observations, feedback, and professional development.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and fee collection in partnership with the administration team.

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor's degree and recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong expertise in the Zambian curriculum and ECZ examinations.
• Experience designing sustainable systems that support consistent teaching practices.
• A strong safeguarding record and sound professional judgment in child protection.
