MYT Management Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of a prominent steel manufacturing company located in Lusaka, Zambia for a Machine Shop Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the machine shop.
• Lead and assign tasks to machinists and machine operators effectively.
• Operate and oversee CNC and conventional machining equipment.
• Ensure all machining work complies with specifications and deadlines.
• Enforce quality standards and workplace safety protocols consistently.

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience operating CNC and conventional lathes, milling machines, etc.
• 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid trade certificate or equivalent technical qualification.
