Job Overview

LoanCred Fintech and Recoveries t/a LoanCred Recoveries is seeking a proficient IT Technician to lead the hardware and software support for its internal IT operations in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Provide day-to-day IT support including new user setup and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of practical experience as an IT technician focusing on hardware and software.
• Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Valid driver’s license and ownership of a reliable vehicle.
