Malu Capital is seeking a dedicated Branch Supervisor to lead its Kalulushi branch in driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support loan officers and branch staff to achieve high productivity.
• Drive business growth through marketing initiatives and client acquisition.
• Monitor loan disbursement, collections, portfolio quality, and profitability.
• Review and approve loan applications within delegated authority.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in microfinance, banking, lending, or financial services.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive Class B vehicles.
