Save the Children International is seeking a dedicated MFA CSSP/ CP Projects Manager to join its Programme Operations team based in Lusaka, Zambia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of MFA-funded child protection and social protection projects.
• Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Supervise and support direct reports to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Collaborate with government agencies, implementing partners, and civil society to strengthen child protection systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the NGO or development sector.
• Strong background in child protection and social protection programming.
• Excellent budgeting, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
