Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet growth objectives
• Identify and pursue new business prospects within the medical insurance market
• Acquire new clients and increase the number of lives covered under administration
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention
• Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively
• Generate leads through digital platforms and other innovative channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least five years of relevant sales and marketing experience
• Preferred experience in medical insurance, medical aid, healthcare, or related industries
• Proven expertise in sales negotiation and closing deals
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Valid Driver’s Licence
