Lumwana Mining Company is inviting applications from highly committed and qualified professionals to join its Health & Safety team as a Nursing Officer. This role plays a critical part in supporting employee health, safety, and wellbeing within a mining environment.

🔹 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Full Grade 12 School Certificate
✔ Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
✔ Minimum 3 years clinical experience
✔ Critical Care Nursing qualification/experience – added advantage
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
✔ Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel)
✔ Strong report writing and presentation skills
✔ Ability to lead safely and promote a strong safety culture
✔ Sound understanding of Zambian mining, health, and safety legislation
